Water Powered Car!!!!

Now heres a car that could save everyone a whole lot of money, and perhaps solve our world’s energy crisis. They’ve created a car that runs purely on water, without the need for external power sources added to it. This is some crazy technology. It almost sounds too good to be true. But, if they really can do what they claim, we could see water being used as a replacement for oil. I think I can speak for everyone when I say I’d like to see them bring this technology to the consumers as soon as possible.

yyeah.. i’ve heard about hydrogen-bomb like engine system. I’ve also seen the test drive video many years back. not sure this is based on the same technology. But i heard the problem is not technology itself. I have a friend whose father is a member of OPEC and he told me that the organization possess all kinds of patents for this sort, so nobody else can continue developing. That’s the reason we see a lot of prototypes and no mass production.

hahaha there is a good chance, indeed.

I don’t know, this may sound dark.. but the world is doomed. To start to make a difference we all would have to do something in favor to the world and no against. Don’t get me wrong, I do my part, but the big people who ask everybody else to help, doesn’t help at all.

.. this whole thing is frustrating to watch.

Again, I think it’s great that you’re using your blog to let people know about this. I already knew, but others may not have, and knowledge is power. We need multiple creative solutions to the energy crisis. More people are using our finite resources every day.

The least anyone could say without bashing the concept of a car that runs on water alone is that at least think of what the steam would be. Just water vapor alone, would it not be? Water isn’t a bad thing to spit back into the environment if I remember correctly. In fact it’s considered a very good thing because this water shouldn’t carry any pollutants and imagine if we all had these cars now: all you would see is a huge cloud down every busy street when you go to work, and it’s not tear gas! We’ve had the right concept since the invention of coffee makers. So whether the world is doomed, or no one wants to get the ball rolling with these cars, the ideas been around, yes, but they actually have the right idea. If you can make a car run on a bottle of water? That’s hilarious. I think it’s worth it. Should it not effect your generation nor mine. At least we can provide the idea for future generations.

I saw this on the Discovery Channel… Well it wasn’t exactly this clip. It was guy who was an engineer that had overhauled a ford wagon to run on water. It ran a lot longer than this car, but still the very same concept. I love Discovery Channel.
While It would definitely be a wonderful concept to present to car dealerships and save us gas prices (please!!)our government is filled with greedy whore-mongers I believe that even if this car became available and could help a lot of people, they would drag out the gas thing for as long as they can. I agree with Kenya though, it’s not horrible to have a cloud of water.

I apologize it’s a hybrid car (gas and water). I couldn’t find the discovery channel one, but this is from a news source. http://www.timboucher.com/journal/2006/08/03/a-homemade-water-powered-vehicle/

Hmm, thats interesting. I wonder how that would work with a rotary engine. Rotary’s are known to use a lot of oil and gas and if they could actually convert all of that to something environmentally safe I’d be a happy girl…so long as i don’t lose too much power :D I know a couple years ago Mazda came out w/a hydrogen RX8, but after their shipment to the U.S I didn’t really hear much about it.
Anyhow, a daily driver like that would so beneficial to everyone. Then I could keep my 8 for weekends only..haha :)
