Sara Sohn Cooking Clip

Some of you may have already seen this clip of me at my restaurant talking with Sara Sohn on a project of hers. Elena Stevenson also had an interview with me, Chow Talk, featuring this Sara Sohn clip as well. I just wanted to share these posts with those who haven’t seen them yet. I will also be showing you how to make some other dishes at Saketini in the near future!

P.S. If you guys are wondering, the sauces are in the works.

I’m actually planning a trip to LA next summer. I’ve never been there and Saketini is definitely on my “to do” list.
I’ve actually seen the menu and everything looks over the top fabulous.

But there’s just one thing that you need to add to your dessert menu….. Vanilla Cream Puff.
I take it it’s not on the menu because you haven’t quite perfected it yet. ;)

Why don’t you and Miki write a Saketini Cook book. I’d buy it.

I discovered this clip while surfing YT myself a while back, but thanks for sharing to those who’s missed out. I love how you say at the end that you chose the name because it’s easy for children to recite. I think it’s pretty cool that you have a children’s menu. I live in the deep south, but I’m planning an LA trip. I must dine at Saketini! The food looks amazing and I can tell this restaurant is top notch.
