Apparently this guy, David Belle is one of the original creators of Parkour. Just youtube the guy, and you’ll see just what this guy can really do. I’d say that he is one of the most creative and daring parkour guys. Here’s a clip that is actually taken out of a French movie: District 13.

I saw that movie and it does have great scenes. Didn’t knew they had a title “traceuse”. This is really good. You have to be a good athlete to do this. Flexibility above all. I have a friend that does this kind of things. Amateur but good. Great video.

I think Sung did a bit of martial arts thingy. Did you see “Forbbiden Warrior”? If I remember correctly, he used to practice Tae Kwon Do when he was young… well, maybe not. I may be just assuming all Korean kids have black belts.
