Since the strict rules in China have been enforced due to population control, orphans have constantly been a problem in China. It sounds like a good cause but why is everyone going for orphans or cause for childern in other country’s? There are orphans in this counrty that need help and no one is helping them. There are kids that are even going hungery. They need help and this country has turned their back on them. This is a promblem everywhere that needs handle.
