Bigger’s always better!!!

It looks like Sharp is gonna take the top spot from Panasonic for the biggest LCD. These 108 inch monsters are supposed to go on sale for only……150k here in the states. Wow…..and the crazier thing is this will probably cost 10k in 5 years. Isn’t technology great. I may have to replace one of my walls with one of these things in the future.

My word, that thing is just huge. I wrote an ad for a store that sells and installs the latest big screens, and on their web page they had “don’t do this” photos of hilariously awful installations–wires hanging out, holes in walls. But this looks classy. Not to preach, but these big screens do use a ton of power. Maybe technology will solve that problem too.

I have a Samsung 50′. At first it seemed huge. Not so much anymore. It’s amazing how fast we get used to things.

Just when you think you’ve got THE television, there is something newly born into this hi-tech world. Thats too much for my eyes and my lil brain to absorb! Although it will be great to have this in the living room and my days of watching english football during the weekends will forever be changed. Right now im content with my samsung 42 so i’ll prolly be green with envy with whomever that will own this big daddy of a telly someday.

That’s bigger than my car!

I can’t imagine how much power these huge things consume. Really the TV set is beautiful and such but just imagine what’s behind it, what is inside the wall, numerous wires and whatnot. Oh but still it’s amazing to watch technology progress. Every day, week by week, nonstop.

I don’t have any walls big enough for a t.v. that huge. Seriously. Besides a t.v. that size would totally kill my eyes in a matter of months. I’d be blind. Then I’d be listening to Sung Kang in movies and t.v. instead of watching him. And that would be such a pity. The biggest t.v. I have is a 42′. I’m perfectly happy with it… though I sit fairly far away from it to begin with, haha.

Panasonic didn’t wait too long, because they just introduced a 150 inch tv.

Back on top and who knows how much this is going to cost. I’ll just stick with the 46 inch, which by new standards is the new 20 inch.

I wonder at what inch, they’re going to stop. Maybe 200… ;)

I think I saw this on the g4tv. They showed Grand Turismo or some racing game and how large the steering wheel would be compared to someone standing infront of the tv. I wonder how huge my power bill would be with one of these gigantor tv’s…lol. I think I might have to stick w/a projection screen for now. :D
