With all this chaos in the economy and big political debates, I thought I’d try to find something else to write about. It was hard to find articles that didn’t talk about how the sky was falling, but I did manage to find some creative photography/photoshop. These were all done by Romain Laurent. They’re all very abstract with underlying themes that we can all understand on a universal level. Hopefully you can all enjoy them and let your mind wander for a few minutes.

I think some of the pictures is cool. The ones with half bodies in it to me is like saying that people hide from who they really are and the ones with objects or people falling out is like saying to me people with skeletons in closet. People hiding something from someone or themself. Just what I think on some of them.

rlp2.. The Ultimate Murphy’s Law - the saddest part is that it was a party… no one wanted to claim the murder weapon & they all ran for the door.

Small narrative: For the pics with folk falling out of the subway car and apartment: I have a friend who is currently working her way through a boiled egg phase… like, several per sitting. That would not be so bad except for she tells me, in unnecessary detail, of the resultant physical effects… I can’t help but think, in the photos, that she is in that room or car somewhere.
I think the ones with half bodies illustrate people who are breaking out of their molds. We all get tired of the rat race, of having to make a living, but some of us get tired of always being what we are expected to be too.
First one… they are tired of working the 9 to 5 everyday and want to break out and have fun… go to the beach… YEAH!
In the second and third one, to me it looks like the “inner child” is breaking out… not just breaking out but hijacking the bottom half too. =) I suppose those adult legs ARE faster.
I like that. I agree with that.That is a good way to put it, what you said about the half bodies and also the one with the inner child.

Thanks Sung, laughter is good for the soul. Have you ever thought of visiting OZ we need more cute korean guys down here. All the korean guys in this town only hang out at the Uni and are too young for me and the only one I’ve seen down town is taken, damm it! LOL

Some of those pictures are kind of disturbing. However, they’re all interesting. They make you look twice. You can’t take what you’re seeing for granted.

wow…those photos are….very wow…half of those photos describe exactly how my life is…at least that how i see it…i’m a “water” type so..i agree with tiffany a 1000%.
